If you have booked your hotel stay at the Holiday Inn Toronto Yorkdale with us, we have already made a reservation in your name and paid for your room and taxes; you will only be responsible for any additional charges that you incur during your stay—for example, for telephone calls, room service, and so on. When you arrive at the hotel, you can proceed directly to the front desk and present your ID to check in.
Please note that registration opens at 7:30AM each morning, starting from the 12th.
Registering
Before being able to access any portion of the conference, you will need to visit the registration desk to pick up your badge and attendee package.The registration desk will be on the main floor of the hotel, next to the pool area (simply follow the sign from the lobby).
Hang On to Your Badge!
Access to most conference activities is restricted to php|works badge holders;
therefore, it is essential that you keep your badge in a safe place and always
wear it during conference hours.
